Beware Doodle fur…you have met your match! Amazing clipper…the standard blade cuts like butter through my goldendoodles hair, even if there are knots or clumps. The motor is rather quiet and the blade does not get hot to the touch. I had a petco brand clipper for awhile and this was a MAJOR improvement. Make short work of grooming. Have used it about 5-6 times now for a full groom and it has never had any issues. The cord is sufficiently long so that you plenty of space to work with and are not tied to 12″ range around an outlet.

Finally!!! A clipper that works on Poodle hair! So far this clipper is a dream come true after having tried many other models that just do not cut through poodle hair. Before this we had the Wahl Bravura, but it would take a new $40 diamond blade every time we groomed our 2 standard poodles. I could have bought 6 Andis’ now with the $ I spent on those blades. The Andis has been used on 5 full groomings now, using just 2 blades for different length cuts on body parts. The blades are still sharp and cut through the poodle hair like butter…

This clipper is excellent! I am a dog groomer in my own shop! and this is the best clipper I have ever used….it runs like a dream I am telling you. Its easy to hold while grooming and its not loud so it doesn’t startle the dogs which I love! It doesn’t get hot quickly either….Runs like a dream! Great buy!
