Lid is not fully secure. This arrived disassembled with no instructions. Assembly was fairly easy. The pieces fit together with tabs that are secured with silicone rings. Once built and with the rings in place it is very sturdy.However, the only downside is that the lid is not secure enough. The middle of the lid flexes upward enough to allow escape with minimal effort. A heavy object will need to be placed on top of the enclosure to keep my T from escaping. Good cage Good enough. I sealed the inside with aquarium safe silicone in order to keep the moisture in. It is an ok size for a ground tarantula that’s about 3inchs in size. Don’t put anything bigger than that. The lid does latch so no issues with escaping.
