Slow acting but does the job (if the fleas stay in prolonged contact) This does the job, but not as fast as Advantage- fleas would take quite a while to die (I picked a few off and put them into a container to check- made them slow and then eventually go). It kept our flea epidemic under control, but I imagine if they hopped on and then hopped off again, the parasites will lived and laid eggs. For a low level infestation (beginning stages or recovery) or routine use, I recommend this- otherwise, spend the money on Advantage.
Same protection at Half the price Iâve always been an Advantage user and it works. But after rescuing another kitten, we are up to 4 cats and one dog. The cats are strictly indoors but we have an escape artist and of course the dog has to go outside so we treat everyone to make sure they stay flea free. Used this in trying to cut cost with new addition and after two months still not a single flea in the middle of flea season! Definitely will buy again as you get the same protection at half the price!!
Does NOT work at all – used for 3 months Bought crossblock for 2 dogs and 4 cats …. three months used it every 3 weeks and has NOT worked at all for cats or dogs. Actually combed fleas on the animals first week after seems like they are immune to it. Wasted a lot of time and money on this but wanted to give it the full 3 treatments before we made our review. VERY disappointed in this product (located in Atlanta GA).
