Great Concept, Poor Design Like many other reviewers on here, I loved the idea of this diner. The space below the food/water bowls seems like such a lost opportunity for other diners that only offer a frame. The storage capacity is large; the diner is attractive; the material is easy to clean and doesn’t absorb water like other wooden or particleboard diners. However, the construction is lacking. So far we love it! So far so good (1 month)! It is made from a type of plastic type wood look. I don’t know how it will hold up, but my hubby put it together within an hour. It has the bottom under the bowls to catch any spills which was HUGE to us. We have a sloppy eater dog. Nice, Cute, But Cheaply Made. Use Adhesive First!! I ended up purchasing this outside of Amazon, but from the same seller. This is a cute, nice little stand/food container, but it’s built cheaply. I lost a $75 bag of dog food because the tray below to “catch” water didn’t catch much at all, and let it leak all into my food. I ended up buying some adhesive, so we will see if that does the trick.
