Works, but may be old. Been using Advantix II for a few years now after switching from Frontline which completely stopped working on the fleas in my area.My dogs are flea free, but it causes some white flakiness on one of my dogs, wherever the product was applied, after it dries. My dog is black so it looks like dandruff.One concern is that the box I received is dated 2013. When I’ve ordered it on Amazon previously, the box had 2015 on it so I don’t understand why the “new” box is 2…
Works great The only kind I get for my dog. It is water resistant, kills fleas, masquitos, flys and larva. We camp a lot and I have a Newfoundland water dog. Just remember to not bathe your dog for a few days before putting it on, then give a few days before you let them play in water, this stuff uses the dogs skin oils to spread and work. If you bathe them before then put this on, the bath strips away the natural oils that are needed to make it work.
This will make you a happy owner with a happy dog I wouldn’t use any other kind of flea control for my pets. My poor dog was getting stressed out from fleas, and she was loosing fur and chewing on herself constantly, but when we got this for her, she stopped all the chewing, and her fur grew back in nicely.
