Finally found the perfect raised feeder! I was pleasantly surprised in the quality and how easy it was to put together. It only takes two bolts, one nut and 4 washers on each side with two cap covers. They are plenty of extra pieces left over too. The silicone white cover with raised edge keeps the water off the bamboo, and the bowls sit securely in side. Everything sits nice and stable. It has rubber feet to protect your floors.I am very pleased with my purchased and highly recommend it. This is actually my THIRD…
Meh. My complaint with this feeder is that the silicone top is designed to go over the bowls, and that makes it much more inconvenient to take them out to fill or to clean. If you want it to be put together properly, then you either have to partially disassemble it to get the bowl out or you have to use a cup or something to fill with water. The water also gets trapped under the silicone top portion, so we’ve ended up just not using it or setting the bowls on top of it, which causes them to stick…
Couldn’t be happier I am thrilled with this! So easy to put together and very sturdy. The natural color is beautiful and the silicone topper works great! My package was missing the little plastic screw covers. I emailed the company and within an hour I had a reply saying they were not only replacing the 6 that were advertised but 12 because they had many requests for that amount. Customer service is outstanding. I wish all transactions went this smooth and had the same quality product.
