Good, but not quite as effective as time goes on. Every flea treatment is hit or miss with cats, and people complain about the weirdest things, as if these spot on treatments are supposed to radiate some noxious “force” that keeps fleas away.Yes, you’re going to see more scratching on the cat after putting this on it. The poison irritates and excites the fleas until they die. The affordable one This one being effective against both fleas & ticks covers my 2 cats for 3 months, & I’ll get another then to cover the remainder of the summer. Far more affordable than the name-brand option costing 3x more.
Works for me. I’ve never really had a flea problem with my cats sicne they are all indoor but come spring-fall as a preventative I dose the cats with this once a month in case a random stray flea comes in. Never seen a flea so I assume it’s working. Only reason for loss of a star as it is rather water so have to be careful placing it on the back of their necks so it doesn’t get all over – plus they have to be cut open and don’t snap or twist open so it’s always “Oh S***!” after I hold the cat down…
