Does not hold up well over time to water We have owned and used this elevated feeder for 2 years now. At first, it held only dry dog food for our two dogs and we were very happy with it. It looked nice, was sturdy, cleaned up well, and made eating easier for our elderly dogs. However, after one of our dogs passed last year, we switched to food in one bowl and water in the other. This thing is fine, but understand the pros and cons of what you are getting. This thing isn’t half bad. No, it isn’t a piece of fine furniture, and the finish was a little uneven in spots, but overall it seems to be reasonably well made. It doesn’t look hideous or cheap in real life, and the recessed bowls and wood finish do really help it to blend into the rest of the decor a little bit better. The quality of the metal bowls is fine, and they hold enough food to be adequate for our two huskies (we ordered the taller size).Now that I look at this, I think…
