No proper directions… expensive for what’s offered, but does the job. There are a bunch of different little trays and extra things here and there… and absolutely no sane directions on what to do with it all. There are three “compartments” in all. And here is what I seem to think about how its supposed to go… top tray is for those weird little balls and leafy things (which pretty much never stay on, so its useless). Little ball things seem useless too. If this is meant for tortoise and turtle terrariums… thats just silly because turtles are nuts and knock…
Works perfectly Love, love, love! Was looking for a more cost effective way to humidify my lizards terrarium, this was it! Foggers are $50+ and too much for my 20 gallon. This brought my humidity level to 70-80% humidity and shuts off either at 3 or 6 hours depending on the setting. Blends right in 🙂
Fantastic for small enclosures I’m using this for my single Gargoyle gecko housed in a 12x12x18 Exo Terra terrarium. I have the larger foggers, but they made her small enclosure TOO wet even on the lowest output setting. This adorable little fogger is perfect size! It does have to sit inside the enclosure, but it can easily be disguised with other décor. Would definitely recommend this to people with a small enclosure to humidify but hate misting like me.
