Fits my 20 gallon long Aqueon tank perfectly, led lights are bright too – it fits all my needs. When I got this I wasn’t 100% sure if it would fit my Aqueon 20 long tank, I knew the dimensions but you always HOPE for a proper fit vs it being a hair too big or small, I am very glad to say it fit right into the groove on my tank rim.The box says now 25% brighter, I read reviews saying the led isn’t that bright, I uploaded some pics of the lid and a pic of the light too I don’t know if they changed or improved it but to me it’s plenty bright enough, there is a blue only or white…
Great lid/lighting I love this lid. It’s well made and it looks great. The led lighting is awesome. The daytime feature gives off brilliant light, while the night time setting provides a calming subtle blue lighting. I remember reading somewhere that it’s meant to mock moonlight.The only thing about this lid that I would change is maybe adding a small hinged door to access the tank without having to open the whole lid. Possibly the best cover option for a 20 gallon long aquarium. Purchased this for my Aqueon 20 gallon long. Fit perfectly.Pros:+ Great looking cover. Low profile and stealthy. Light is bright.+ Apparently has new brighter 25% brighter LEDs light up the tank well and seems plenty bright for my new tank.+ Light module is separate from the cover.+ Has a removable cover to feed your fish if you don’t want to open the top every time.Cons:- Clips look cheap.
