The bearded dragon and the bosc monitor both seem to enjoy basking under these bulbs Thankfully these also provide a little bit of heat as well since I got ceramic elements that don’t heat up enough. The bearded dragon and the bosc monitor both seem to enjoy basking under these bulbs. I couldn’t tell you if it were providing enough uva/uvb but they like it so I like it. It has been 4 days or so and the lights are still working.
the perfect combo this is perfect better than 150 w bulb too hot for animals. with 100w I can keep bulb closer to animal get them expose more uvB. also at 12 inch away hanging at basking site, the temperature is measured exactly about 95F degree.
Dragon Approved This seems like a really good light so far, my Dragon likes to lay under it and seems comfortable. Some lights make him upset and he will hide under something to get away from it, Iâm not sure why certain lighting does this but it has happened several times with different brands. This one seems great and Iâm hoping it will last long. I will update if any changes occur but so far it is Dragon Approved!
