It is always better to buy the largest cage you possibly can for your bird. Keeping a bird in a cage that’s too small can lead to undesirable behaviors such as screaming, biting, psychological disorders, and feather plucking, to name a few. A good cage should be large enough for your bird to walk around comfortably, and fully extend and flap her wings. Consult your avian veterinarian for recommended cage sizes for your particular one before you purchase this cage.

Love this cage Love this cage, and so does our eclectus parrot. Easy to assemble with lots of extra screws and parts. Very spacious and love the top canopy door. We replaced the small bowls it cane with for bigger ones. I like that there is a predrilled hole on each of those food/water doors that fits the add-on bowls we added. Nice touch. Nothing negative we can say about this cage.

Missing hardware & three bowls, small dents, sloppy work. I just got mine about two weeks ago. My little yellow sided green cheeked conure loves her Princess cage. My husband put it together upon delivery & my cage was missing some hardware, three bowls, and one of the bowl holders. I read the reviews before ordering & knew I could buy bowls and such at Wal-Mart & I don’t need them at the moment so ehhhh I can overlook that. I do have a few small dents, sloppy workmanship issues I see but they aren’t obvious unless you are scrutinizing it. Would…

Very cryptic instructions that are useless This is a nice cage. Once I got it together. It’s sturdy and a nice size. The instructions sucked. It was in pictures only and it may be for a different cage. There are 3 different size screws with no indication of which to use where. There are nuts and washers, again no clue. A lot of trial and error. Some screws are defective and wouldn’t go in anywhere. I only made one trip to the hardware store for more screws, nuts and washers. Two of the seed cup holders the screw holes are too small and…
