Labeling on product says this small measures from 9 to … Labeling on product says this small measures from 9 to 13 inches. even with 1/2 clip inserts it is barely 12 inches, take away 1/2 clip inserts and it closer to a max of 11 inches…My pet was 10.5 inches behind the ears a few inches down the neck…Returned, perhaps to get medium My opinion consider -2 inches from stated max length to fit your pet.

Dye ran off collar once it got wet and the dye caused hair to fall out and sores. The collar bled once it got wet and my dog had a bad reaction to it causing her hair to fall out and sores to come up under the collar. She has a large two quarter sized sore at back of neck. Not sure if she is allergic or if it is the ink that is caustic but ink shouldn’t run from the collars.

Good, but dye bleeds. Would have given it 5 stars but the dye bled. After ordering it and a blue collar, I read a review that mentioned the dye bleeding and irritating the reviewers dog. So I soaked the collars in hot soapy water. The blue collar required just one soaking. The red collar required 24 hours of soaking, changing the water occasionally; before the dye quit bleeding.
