Works perfectly, but watch where you apply! Worked perfect for my 4 cats when the new kitten brought fleas in. I will say that I may not have put it up high enough on the shoulders (despite being a pet owner for over 20 years and having applied these things before to old pets years ago) and 2 of the cats were able to get a lick and immediately freaked out and began foaming at the mouth. Works well on our highly allergic cat. My cat is highly allergic to flea and tick bites and gets terribly itchy dermatitis that he needs a course of steroids to get over.
