Update This is a pretty good harness. I wish it had another strap somewhere because our puggle slipped out of it and ran off. I had it tightened all the way and the harness is a size small. Our puggle weights 27 pounds , so the harness size was the right one. It scared me when this happened, ’cause we were walking by a road.UPDATE : The company contacted me right away after seeing my review and sent out a new smaller harness for my dog.
