Labeling on product says this small measures from 9 to … Labeling on product says this small measures from 9 to 13 inches. even with 1/2 clip inserts it is barely 12 inches, take away 1/2 clip inserts and it closer to a max of 11 inches…My pet was 10.5 inches behind the ears a few inches down the neck…Returned, perhaps to get medium My opinion consider -2 inches from stated max length to fit your pet.
Good, but dye bleeds. Would have given it 5 stars but the dye bled. After ordering it and a blue collar, I read a review that mentioned the dye bleeding and irritating the reviewers dog. So I soaked the collars in hot soapy water. The blue collar required just one soaking. The red collar required 24 hours of soaking, changing the water occasionally; before the dye quit bleeding.
Tuened my dogs neck orange! First thought was nice sturdy collar. Fit my dog well. Then after 2 days the emblem came off. No biggy. She got wet once and it turned my yellow labs neck orange! The dye came out and stained her fur! I’m still trying to get it off after 2 weeks. I took the collar off and haven’t put it back on. I was wondering why she was scratching herself raw. Now I know. Just be careful. It’s a nice product but can have scary effects on the fur baby.
