So sad and have opened a case with Amazon READ BEFORE YOU BUY!DO NOT BUY! this cage is contaminated with lead and caused my bird serious lead poisoning. After looking into it I saw some cages are glossed with a lead spray which is why my bird started having all toxic syndromes. So sad and have opened a case with Amazon.
Terrible Instructions and Flexible/Weak cage bars. The cage was a nightmare to assemble, as the instructions were very poorly worded and some of the items listed didn’t match what was actually in the package. I did managed to assemble it with some help though. Upon assembly, I noticed there were many sharp bits that had to be filed off with a metal file and some elbow grease. They were sharp enough, and in positions, that could have potentially caused serious harm to a small bird’s feet.I think the most frustrating part about it…
However I did replace the feeder dishes with smaller ones because my parakeets like to get in them and waste food This was a goodbye in my opinion. I have three parakeets in this cage. This cage is big enough for toys and plenty of room for them to get around and fly from one perch to the other. It is one of the easiest cages to clean. However I did replace the feeder dishes with smaller ones because my parakeets like to get in them and waste food. I also have a birdbath attached to the top left feeder door I would recommend this cage to anyone.
