Perfect. I ordered 2 pieces. I may just not be picky or it could be the fact that I ordered two and only have a 10g tank, but these were perfect for me. They were both between 8-10 inches, well shaped, & thick.Will order again for my other tanks.UPDATE: I did order two more, this time the smallest piece being 6 inches long but THICK and the longer being about 8 inches long. Amazing I was kind of skeptical about the wood decause you dont know what you are getting so it is a gamble but I tried it and it is awesom it was smaller than 10 inches but what ever it was still very cool and it had holes in it and it was kindof hallow so fish can hide in it I also put some live plants in/on it agaun it is amazing I would definitely recommend this to anyone!!!
