Saved the Cat and the Snake! I purchased this to go over the top of my Zilla 36×18 “Critter Cage” when the original lid screen was damaged by my cat with an overzealous sense of curiosity. He likes to lay atop and soak up the heat that was meant for my full grown corn snake in the terrarium below. Attempts at repairing the original tank lid proved to be a waste of time, I actually had it re-screened professionally which made the frame come apart. Cat Repellant I bought this because my cat wouldn’t stop climbing on top of my expensive exo-terra terrarium I purchased for my snake. The terrarium itself has a this mesh top which is not meant to withstand the weight of my cat. Until this came in the mail I littered the top of the terrarium with various objects to try to deter my cat from thinking it could squeeze somewhere in between or overtop of the various objects.
