Damaged goods! Now “add on” item so can’t replace it I was very disappointed in this product. I opened the box to find that the box and the bulb were damaged. I double checked to make sure the bulb was actually still working for my beardie and it worked at first then it blew out completely. I began the return and was willing to give this bulb another chance! I went to buy it again and it is now an “add on” item. There’s no way I’m spending $25 on whatever just to get the bulb I should have gotten in the first place. Even if I decided to…

Already Burt out Received this April 1 and now just over a month later it’s already burned out. Disappointed & the return window ended. I think we got a lemon. Hoping the manufacturer reads this and will offer a replacement. It’s the 2nd time this has happened.

For this price they should not burn out within 2 seconds. Purchased 2 bulbs, one of them blew out immediately after turning on the switch to the light. The other works fine and still works after 2 weeks. There are no voltage issues with the outlet I checked and its constantly at 115v so there were no caused for the bulb to pop except for the item being defective.I understand light bulbs are defective and it happens, but really 1 out of 2 and this is not a cheap bulb.
