Customer Video Review Length:: 0:24 Mins The clip didn’t actually clip in and stay closed. The collar popped off immediately when my dog applied any pressure on the leash. Collar didn’t work at all; returned it same day. Cute design though.
Warning! The size chart isn’t accurate at all. ***update, a supervisor contacted me after posing my review and offered to send my dogs new collars. They were cute and I appreciate the effort but they only lasted about two weeks before they were dingy & faded.Based off the sizing chart, I ordered a XS for my 7-8 pound puppy. The collar was so so so tiny! Seriously it wouldn’t have fit a newborn puppy let a long a 12 week old one like it should’ve based off of what the chart said. Blueberry customer service was no help at all…
