Great Collar! Seat Belt Buckle? Not So Great Almost 1 year later and the collar was still in wonderful shape! The material was very thick and durable and held up to constant outdoor play. I say “was” because it’s now unusable. The only reason I took off 1 star was because the seat belt design makes it very easy for another dog to get the collar off (since all it takes is pressure in the center of the buckle…much like an old-school seatbelt).My dogs love to rough-house and wrestle, which involves a lot of neck biting…
Snapped under pressure We liked the collar a lot when we got it. Looks great, buckle makes collar very secure. We have a lab that has over a half acre of fenced in play area so we never have him tied up back there. I love the design! I absolutely love the design. The seat belt buckle is adorable and I love the flag print. I got the matching leash for my pup as well and I think it looks awesome. The collar seems very sturdy but the real test will be this summer when we go hiking and play in the water. I personally like how easy it is to get the collar off because I’ve had an incident where his jaw was stuck in another dogs collar that was NOT a quick release.
