Seems to work just as well as the other name brand and it bothers my cat less. Win win! My girls had a pretty good infestation so I gave them their first dose and then two weeks later gave them a second dose. The box says to do it every four weeks and did not recommend doing a dose that soon after the first but my girls had no side effect to the two week dose.
