Best for large dogs These are the most absorbent pads I have found so far. I have a beagle/basset and a Jack Russell, both elderly. I use one pad per day. Note: people.who say pads leak, it might be condensation. If pad is on flooring other than carpet, the pad with hot urine will sweat under the plastic. It is not urine, just condensation. I put another pad under, problem solved. The under pad does not get wet.
