Tricked my bird, you should trick your bird too. My bird is the biggest food snob on earth. She turns her nose up at apples, broccoli, other fruit, you get the idea – she’d basically only eat seed. The exception to this is if she sees me eating anything — she NEEDS IT RIGHT NOW. This is a problem. Solution: I pretended to eat these little balls then “accidentally” left one on the table near her — she’s hooked. SUCKER! No one tell her they’re healthy.

My cockatiel liked these pellets but it was a little concerning it … My cockatiel liked these pellets but it was a little concerning it turned his poo red. And then shortly after eating for a few days, my cockatiel had a few episodes of vomiting. I removed these pellets and the problems resolved. Personally, id rather not have his poo be different colors due to artificial flavoring. its already hard enough to tell when birds are sick, and i wouldnt want to miss something.

Awesome, but the bananas…not so much. My parakeets seem to like this food…all except for the little bananas, which they often leave in just one of their food cups. I don’t know if they take bananas from one cup and put them in the other, or if they just don’t eat the bananas from that particular cup (but if so, why would they do that?), but the bananas just aren’t a favorite around here. Other than that, they really seem to enjoy the food, and if they start to see too much of the bottom of their food cups, they’ll chirp really…
